应用AMESim系统建模和仿真软件并考虑多容腔的容性效应、实际气体性质、系统热交换等主要非线性因素,以信号处理的方法二次开发了考虑缓冲阀密封比压的模型,建立了恒压挤压式姿态控制系统充填过程仿真模型。分析认为低压腔压力不同步是导致主阀启动超调的原因。通过对4种改进方案的效果的仿真预估及权衡功效比,最终采用缓冲阀入口增加限流圈为改进方案,并开展了试验验证。试验结果表明改进措施有效,改进后产品参加热试车的结果表明减压阀启动超调问题得以解决。
Using AMESim system modeling and simulation software and taking into account the main non-linear factors such as capacitive effect, actual gas properties and system heat exchange of multi-cavity, a model considering the differential pressure of buffer valve was developed by signal processing method. Simulation model of filling process of constant pressure squeeze attitude control system. Analysis that the low pressure chamber is not synchronized with the main valve is caused by overshoot. Through the simulation and estimation of the effect of the four improved schemes and the trade-off between efficiency and efficiency, the limit valve is added at the buffer valve inlet to improve the scheme, and the experiment is carried out. The test results show that the improvement measures are effective. The results of the improved product after the heat test show that the pressure relief valve start overshoot problem can be solved.
