目的调查一起食用河豚鱼干引起食物中毒的原因,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法现场流行病学调查和实验室检测。结果食用河豚鱼干的4人均发生中毒,罹患率100.00%,患者尿样均检出河豚毒素。结论根据现场流行病学调查,结合临床表现和实验室检测结果确定为食用河豚鱼干引起的河豚毒素中毒事件。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning caused by eating dried puffer fish and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing. Results The consumption of puffer fish dry 4 people were poisoned, the attack rate of 100.00%, patients were detected in urine samples of tetrodotoxin. Conclusion According to the epidemiological survey in the field, combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory test results identified as consumption of puffer fish stems caused by tetrodotoxin poisoning.
