建立一个“公开、平等、竞争、择优”的用人机制,是我国干部人事制度改革的中心目标。建国50年来,河南省的干部人事制度改革始终是围绕这一目标进行的。最近,《中国经济时报》记者就河南干部人事制度改革的情况进行专题调研,并形成了一个调查报告,本刊特刊发这个报告,在建国50周年之际,对河南省干部人事制度改革的成果做一个展示。
Establishing a “open, equal, competitive and merit-based” employment mechanism is the central goal of the reform of the cadre and personnel system in our country. Over the past 50 years since the founding of New China, the reform of the cadre and personnel system in Henan Province has always been centered around this goal. Recently, the “China Economic Times” reporter conducted a special investigation on the reform of the personnel system of Henan cadres and formed a survey report.
