传统的测量方法测量焦距需要拆卸光学系统,然后由测量人员在光具座上逐项进行观测、记录、数据分析和计算结果等一系列工作,存在着效率低、精度不稳定、对测量人员要求高等缺点.高灵敏度低噪声 CCD 器件的应用和数字图像处理技术的发展,使光学系统焦距数字化测量成为可能.提出了一种基于 CCD光电法和数字图像处理方法自动测量光学系统焦距的折方法.该方法可实现客观数字化测量.因此可以消除传统的光学系统光学参数测量方法的效率低、精度不稳定、对测量人员要求高等缺点.使得测量准确度高、自动化程度高.
Traditional measurement methods need to disassemble the optical system to measure the focal length, and then a series of work such as observation, recording, data analysis and calculation results are carried out by the surveyors on the optical bench one by one. There is a problem that the efficiency is low and the precision is not stable. The disadvantages of high sensitivity and low noise CCD devices and the development of digital image processing technology make it possible to digitize the focal length of the optical system.A method of automatically measuring the focal length of an optical system based on the CCD photoelectric method and the digital image processing method is proposed. The method can realize objective digital measurement, so the traditional optical system optical parameter measurement method can eliminate the disadvantages of low efficiency, unstable precision and high requirement on the measurement staff, thereby making the measurement accuracy high and the degree of automation high.
