INTRODUCTION On 21 April 1999, the UoSAT-12 mini-satellite developed by the Sary Space Center was launched at the Baikonur Space Launch Site in Kazakhstan using a modified SS-18 ICBM-Dnepr delivery rocket First on-orbit flight verification test.
