压铸机尾板是压铸机核心部件之一,其结构的优劣直接影响着压铸机生产质量和使用寿命。利用COSMOSWorks有限元软件对160 t压铸机尾板减重前后的2种方案进行对比分析,并得出了尾板的Von Mises应力、位移图解。分析结果表明减重后对尾板的刚度和挠度影响微小,减重方案切实可行。
Die-casting machine tail board is one of the core components of die-casting machine, the structure of the merits of a direct impact on the quality and service life of die-casting machine. The COSMOSWorks finite element software was used to compare the two schemes before and after weight reduction of the 160 t die-casting machine, and the Von Mises stress and displacement diagram of the tail plate were obtained. The analysis results show that after weight reduction, the stiffness and deflection of the tailboard have little effect, and the weight loss program is feasible.
