我是一个普通的农村数学教师,从教十几年来,我十分了解农村初中数学课堂教学的现状:一是农村初中数学课堂教学效率较低甚至出现无效教学的现象;二是大部分学生学习没有自觉性,纪律性也较差,迟到、旷课、上课分心讲话的现象屡屡发生;三是很多学生从小学时就没有掌握好学习数学的方法,导致数学基础薄弱,对学习数学提不起兴趣。这些问题一直困扰着每一个农村初中数学教师,更加影响农村初中数学新课程教学的开展和数学教育质量的提高。面对这种现状,我认识到要全面提高农村初中学生的数学素质,
