目的:探寻气质联用测定生活饮用水中痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的正交分析方法。方法:以固相萃取配合气质联用,测定10种邻苯二甲酸醋类物质,而对固相萃取产生较大影响的萃取柱、洗脱剂、洗脱时间等条件均以正交试验优化,统计结果[1]。结果:固相萃取柱的取值为最小,此外,洗脱剂确定是乙酸乙醋,洗脱时间维持在25分钟作用,所有试验邻苯二甲酸醋类物质的系数≥0.98,检出下限在0.03μg/L。结论:正交试验是一种有效的方法,通过可以提升PAEs测定的准确性。
Objective: To explore the orthogonal method for the determination of trace phthalates in drinking water by GC-MS. Methods: 10 kinds of phthalic acid esters were determined by solid-phase extraction combined with GC-MS. The conditions of extraction column, eluent and elution time, which greatly influenced the solid-phase extraction, were optimized by orthogonal test , The statistical results [1]. Results: The SPE column was the smallest. In addition, the eluent was determined to be ethyl acetate and the elution time was maintained at 25 minutes. The coefficient of phthalate vinegar in all tests was ≥0.98. The detection limit was between 0.03 μg / L. Conclusion: Orthogonal test is an effective way to improve the accuracy of PAEs determination.
