目的:探讨供应室工作的职业危害及有效防护措施。方法:2013年本科室仅根据以往工作经验对供应室职业危害进行相关防护;2014年初本科室分析职业危害发生原因并查阅相关资料,提供完善的、针对性的职业危害防护措施。记录2013年、2014年供应室职业危害发生率、供应室工作人员负面情绪及满意度,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果:2013年职业危害发生率高达28.57%,显著高于2014年供应室职业危害发生率4.76%;2013年供应室工作人员焦虑、抑郁程度均显著高于2014年,而其对自身工作满意度则显著低于2014年,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对供应室工作人员给予全面的职业危害防护措施可显著降低其职业危害发生率,改善其心理负面情绪及满意度,保障其工作安全性。
Objective: To explore the occupational hazards and effective protective measures in the supply room. Methods: In 2013, undergraduate departments only conducted relevant protection against occupational hazards in supply rooms based on their previous work experience. In early 2014, the department analyzed the causes of occupational hazards and consulted relevant materials to provide comprehensive and targeted protective measures against occupational hazards. Record the incidence of occupational hazards in supply rooms in 2013 and 2014, the negative emotions and satisfaction of supply staff and give conclusions after statistical analysis. Results: The incidence of occupational hazards in 2013 was as high as 28.57%, significantly higher than that of occupational hazards in supply rooms in 2014 by 4.76%. In 2013, anxiety and depression of supply staff were significantly higher than those in 2014, but their job satisfaction Was significantly lower than in 2014, the results of the comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Providing full occupational hazard protection measures for supply room staff can significantly reduce the occupational hazard rate, improve their psychological negative emotions and satisfaction, and ensure their work safety.
