目前,我国的医药行业正处于改革与转型时期,无论是医疗体制改革、药品监管等宏观政策层面,还是药品消费市场、企业竞争格局等产业环境层面都发生了巨大的变化,而身处剧烈动荡环境的我国中小医药商业企业也经历着生死存亡的严峻考验。中小型医药商业企业要想持续发展,则需做好销售工作,最大限度地增加市场占有率,提高销售额。而搞好销售工作,首先要搞好销售管理工作。本文以X医药商业公司为案例,围绕销售管理工作展开描述。
