在精密微细激光焊接中,除对激光参数有严格要求外,对准焊点的位置是一个重要环节。为提高工作效率,研究以高分辨率位置敏感传感器(PSD)为核心,根据激光三角法测量原理,对微米级细丝定位。设计了一套位置探测系统。针对微细激光自动焊接存在的问题提出了一种精确定位方法。该系统采用二维步进电机驱动的工作台,可根据不同工件设计各种夹具。在X方向移动时,动态检测细丝的偏移量。通过计算机采集数据,软件计算,实时控制调整,适应激光精密焊接定位的要求。用激光粉末熔覆技术实现高质量、高可靠性的互熔焊接。
