小学语文教学与其他学科教学相比,对教师的教育策略要求更高,因为小学语文是一项综合学科,要求学生掌握的知识点较多,同时教师也要注意学生情感教育、素质教育等多方面的教育内容,另外由于小学生的年龄原因及其心理认知程度有限,他们不可能像中学生一样有一定的学习目的以及学习自制能力,而是需要教师在日常的教学中予以培养、灌输,所以教师的教学策略就显得尤为重要了。主要从榜样的树立、教师的激励教育、对于学生习惯的培养以及教师注重日常的案例引导入手,谈一些教学心得。
Compared with other subject teaching, primary language teaching requires a higher education strategy for teachers because primary language is a comprehensive subject that requires students to have more knowledge and teachers should also pay attention to students’ emotional education and quality education. In addition, because of their age and their limited psychological awareness, pupils can not have the same learning goals and self-control skills as their middle school students. Instead, they need teachers to cultivate and instill in their daily teaching. Therefore, Teachers teaching strategy is particularly important. Mainly from the example of the establishment of the teacher’s inspiring education, training for student habits and teachers focus on daily cases to guide and talk about some teaching experience.
