目的探讨高校学生干部的人格特质和应对方式,为高校学生干部的选拔任用提供理论依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和应对方式问卷,对400名大学生进行团体测试。结果①高校学生干部16PF的A(t=-1.91,P<0.05)、E(t=-2.05,P<0.05)、F(t=-3.65,P<0.01)、H(t=-3.68,P<0.01)这4个因子显著高于非学生干部,而Q2(t=2.69,P<0.05)因子显著低于非学生干部;②高校学生干部在应对方式问卷中自责(t=5.41,P<0.01)、退避(t=2.81,P<0.05)2个分量表的得分显著低于非学生干部。结论高校学生干部在人格特质上多表现为乐群、恃强、易兴奋和敢做敢为,在应对方式上较少采取消极的应对方式,这两方面可以作为选拔和任用学生干部的参考依据。
Objective To explore the personality traits and coping styles of college student leaders and to provide a theoretical basis for selecting and appointing student leaders in colleges and universities. Methods A total of 400 undergraduates were included in the group test using the Cartel 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF) and Coping Style Questionnaire. Results ① The scores of 16PF (P <0.05), the scores of A (t = -1.91, P <0.05) (T = 2.69, P <0.05) were significantly lower than those of non-student cadres; ②The college student cadres self-blame in the coping style questionnaire (t = 5.41, P <0.01), and the two subscales (t = 2.81, P <0.05) scored significantly lower than non-student cadres. Conclusion The student cadres in colleges and universities are more likely to take the characteristics of music group, bullying, excitement and daring to do more, and take less coping styles in the coping style, which can serve as reference for selecting and appointing student cadres .
