针对半平行钢丝束内部断丝问题,提出了一整套考虑接触挤压传递规律和钢丝间摩擦效应的对称断丝计算理论模型.并依据半平行钢丝束内钢丝的排列和截面收缩规律,得到了拉索内部任意位置钢丝的轴力系数,以及内部钢丝之间挤压力传递规则.采用迭代法计算断丝周圈摩阻力及断丝内力变化,并沿钢丝逐步积分计算了断丝轴力恢复长度.采用该对称断丝理论模型分析了断丝及周圈钢丝内力重分布规律以及不同断丝参数下断丝轴力恢复长度的变化规律.研究成果提供了一种半平行钢丝束断丝效应的研究新方法.
Aiming at the problem of broken wire inside semi-parallel steel wire bundles, a set of theoretical models of symmetrical wire breakage calculation considering the contact pressure transmission and the frictional effect between wires was proposed.
