前言 我国试验通信卫星是一颗同步定点通信卫星。它采用双自旋稳定的姿态控制系统。为了保证卫星能准确地发射到同步轨道、迅速地定点,并保证卫星在同步轨道上能长期稳定地进行通信、广播和电视传输等工作,就必须对卫星进行精密的静、动平衡测试。众所周知,卫星在自由空间是绕其中心主惯性轴自旋的,而它的各种仪器和设备又都是按几何轴为基准安装
Introduction China’s experimental communications satellite is a synchronous fixed-point communications satellite. It uses double spin stable attitude control system. In order to ensure that satellites can launch accurately to synchronous orbit, rapidly pinpoint and guarantee the long-term and stable communication of satellites in synchronous orbit, radio and television transmission, precise static and dynamic balancing tests on satellites must be conducted. It is well known that a satellite spins in free space around its central main axis of inertia and that its various instruments and equipment are mounted on a geometric axis
