Lewis肺癌(3LL)组织具有较强的花生四烯酸代谢能力,带瘤的C57纯种小鼠血浆PGE_2浓度显著升高,TXB_2与6—酮—PGF_(1α)也有增高的倾向,但阿斯匹林不能降低带瘤动物的花生四烯酸代谢水平.3LL 可引起人血小板的聚集反应,阿斯匹林对这种聚集无抑制作用。此外阿斯匹林不影响带瘤鼠的肿瘤生长,不减少肿瘤的肺与肝脏转移,也不能延长小鼠的生存期。结果表明,肿瘤组织花生四烯酸代谢有其本身的特点,阿斯匹林对Lawis 肺癌无治疗作用。作者认为目前尚不能将阿斯匹林等非甾体抗炎药物做为肿瘤的辅助治疗措施。
Lewis lung carcinoma (3LL) tissue has a strong ability of arachidonic acid metabolism, tumor-bearing C57 purebred mice plasma PGE 2 concentration was significantly increased, TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) also have a tendency to increase, but Aspen Pyrimethamine did not reduce the level of arachidonic acid metabolism in tumor-bearing animals. 3LL caused platelet aggregation in humans, and aspirin did not inhibit this aggregation. In addition aspirin does not affect tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice, does not reduce tumor lung and liver metastasis, can not extend the survival of mice. The results showed that the metabolism of arachidonic acid tumor tissue has its own characteristics, aspirin no treatment of Lawis lung cancer. The authors believe that aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can not yet as an adjuvant treatment of cancer.
