随着心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury,MIRI)机制的研究不断深入,一氧化氮(nieric oxide,NO)作为一种调节心血管系统功能重要的细胞信使分子,其在MIRI中的“保护作用”和“毒性作用”越来越受到科研工作者的重视,并逐渐成为心血管领域的研究热点。
