为探讨豚鼠1,2,4,6kHz的畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)正常值,对12只(15耳)豚鼠DPOAE进行了较系统的测试,并就其间的相互关系进行了分析。各频率的测出率均为100%;2kHz以上的幅值均在25dBSPL以上,1kHz的幅值低于其它频率;2kHz以上的反应阈值低于1kHz;潜伏期随频率的增加有缩短的趋势;I/O函数曲线表明各频率的DPOAE幅值随初始音的强度降低而减小,两者间存在着极显著的相关性。结果表明豚鼠的DPOAE测出率高,幅值大,各项指标反应稳定。提示豚鼠是一种研究DPOAE较为适宜的实验动物。
In order to explore the normal products of distorted product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) at 1, 2, 4 and 6 kHz in guinea pigs, DPOAE in 12 guinea pigs (15 guinea pigs) were systematically tested and their interrelations were analyzed. The detection rate of each frequency was 100%; the amplitude above 2kHz was above 25dBSPL, the amplitude of 1kHz was lower than other frequencies; the reaction threshold above 2kHz was below 1kHz; the latency was shortened as the frequency increased; / O function curve shows that the DPOAE amplitude of each frequency decreases with the intensity of the initial sound decreases, there is a very significant correlation between the two. The results showed that the detection rate of DPOAE in guinea pigs is high, the amplitude is large, and the indexes are stable. Guinea pigs suggest that it is more appropriate to study DPOAE experimental animals.
