生物疫苗生产厂房的空调能耗很大,应充分挖掘其节能潜力。分析了某工程一次回风、二次回风、温度湿度独立控制3种空调形式的能耗,确定了温度湿度独立控制的方案。比较了冬季供冷3种形式的优缺点,选取了自然冷却机组方式。根据工程所在地冬季气候特点,采用了溶液循环热回收系统。证明了在生物疫苗厂房设计中,充分利用现有的节能技术或节能设备是可以实现大幅度节能的。
Biological vaccine production plant air conditioning energy consumption, should fully tap its energy saving potential. The energy consumption of three kinds of air conditioning forms, such as primary return air, secondary return air and temperature and humidity independently controlled by a project, is analyzed. The scheme of independent control of temperature and humidity is determined. The advantages and disadvantages of three forms of winter cooling are compared, and natural cooling units are selected. According to the location of the project in winter climate characteristics, the use of solution recycling heat recovery system. Proved in the bio-vaccine plant design, make full use of existing energy-saving technologies or energy-saving equipment can achieve substantial energy savings.
