班主任是学生思想和学习的全面的管理者,也是学生与家长之间沟通的桥梁,构建与学生的和谐关系是管理班级事务的基础,有利于学生管理工作的开展。班主任是学生在学校的领路人,既要保证班级大小事务的正常运行,还要注重学生学习成绩和心理变化,在学生身心成长过程中发挥着积极的作用。从小学生阶段发展的特点、存在的问题以及构建和谐师生关系应采取的措施等方面,探讨小学班主任管理过程中与学生和谐关系的构建。
Class teacher is a comprehensive manager of student thinking and learning, but also a bridge between students and parents to build harmonious relations with students is the basis for the management of class matters, is conducive to student management. The class teacher is the leader of the students in the school. It not only guarantees the normal operation of the class and size affairs, but also pays attention to the students ’academic performance and psychological changes, playing an active role in the students’ physical and mental growth. From the characteristics of the development of primary school students stage, the existing problems and the measures to be taken to build harmonious relationship between teachers and students, this paper discusses the construction of the harmonious relationship with the students in the process of primary school teacher’s management.
