本文研究一种在热腐蚀环境下工作的 Ni 基单晶高温合金错配度以及γ′筏状形成与性能的关系;通过蠕变和持久试验,研究合金的变形组织和强化特点。在变形过程中,基体运动位错遇γ′相受阻而在γ′相表面形成位错网络,这种位错结构在变形中形成了新的强化机制,提高了合金的蠕变抗力。
In this paper, we studied the misfitness of Ni-based single crystal superalloy and the relationship between γ ’raft formation and properties in a hot-corroded environment. The deformation and strengthening characteristics of the alloy were studied by creep and long-term tests. In the process of deformation, the matrix movement dislocation encounters the γ ’phase when it is hindered and a dislocation network is formed on the γ’ phase. This dislocation structure forms a new strengthening mechanism during deformation and improves the creep resistance of the alloy.
