将880 nm上能级直接泵浦与部分端面泵浦混合腔结构结合,对Nd:GdVO4晶体的1342nm激光输出特性进行了实验研究。采用正支离轴混合谐振腔,4-bar中心波长为880 nm的激光二极管列阵作为泵浦源,在泵浦功率为178 W时,激光输出功率为26.3 W,斜效率和光-光转换效率分别为27%和14.8%。在20 W输出功率时非稳腔和稳腔方向的M2因子均为1.3。结果表明:由于采用了上能级直接泵浦与部分端面泵浦混合腔结构,相对于目前同等输出功率级别的端面泵浦Nd:GdVO4激光器,光束质量得到很大提高。
The 880 nm upper level direct pump and part of the end-pumped cavity structure were combined to study the 1342 nm laser output characteristics of Nd: GdVO4 crystal. A laser diode array with a 4-bar central wavelength of 880 nm was used as the pump source with a positive off-axis hybrid resonator. At a pump power of 178 W, the laser output was 26.3 W, and the slope efficiency and light- 27% and 14.8%. The M2 factor in both the unstable cavity and the steady cavity is 1.3 at 20 W output power. The results show that the beam quality is greatly improved compared with the current end-pumped Nd: GdVO4 lasers of the same output power due to the combination of the upper level direct pump and the partial end-pump.
