针对电厂大修过程中存在大量流程性业务的现状,为了保证各部门之间协同工作,提高检修效率,提出将工作流技术应用到电厂大修管理中。利用Petri网技术对大修过程中业务流程建立工作流模型,并以此开发出电厂大修工作流管理系统。该系统流程定义简单方便,提供工作流程的跟踪、监控、统计功能,控制灵活,通过可视化接口,用户可以快速方便地按照需求建立应用流程。实际应用表明,电子表单按预先定义好的流程在各成员之间传递,保证大修过程中所产生的报表、文档、资料等信息及时准确的交流,在检修任务的执行中不再需要考虑业务流程,使得任务之间的复杂关系降低到最小程度,减少了项目实施中人员安排、工具使用等方面的冲突,提高了管理效能,降低了企业检修成本。
In view of the current situation that there is a large amount of process business during the overhaul of the power plant, in order to ensure the coordination among various departments and improve the overhaul efficiency, the paper proposes to apply the workflow technology to the overhaul management of the power plant. By using Petri net technology, a workflow model is established for the business process in overhaul process and a workflow management system for overhaul power plant is developed. The practical application shows that the electronic form is passed between the members according to the pre-defined process so as to ensure that the reports, documents, data and other information generated during the overhaul are communicated in time and accurately, and the business process no longer needs to be considered in the execution of the maintenance task , So that the complex relationship between the tasks to a minimum, reducing the implementation of the project staffing arrangements, the use of tools and other aspects of conflict, improve management efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
