目的:通过比较分析草珊瑚中根、茎、叶挥发油类化学成分的差异,来揭示草珊瑚不同部位药效差异,为评价草珊瑚质量提供实验依据。方法:采用经典的水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取草珊瑚根、茎、叶的挥发油类化学成分,应用GC-MS分离鉴定各挥发油成分,并应用峰面积归一法计算百分含量。结果:从草珊瑚根、茎、叶中鉴定出52个挥发油成分,根含有33个、茎含有41个、叶含有39个化合物,分别占其挥发油总重的83.99%,83.85%,93.32%,其中24个为共有成分,28个为非共有成分。结论:草珊瑚根茎叶中挥发油化学成分在种类和主要成分含量都存在较大差异。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the difference of pharmacodynamics in different parts of Sarcandra glabra by comparative analysis of chemical constituents of the essential oil in roots, stems and leaves of Sarcandra glabra, and to provide experimental evidence for evaluating the quality of Sarcandra glabra. Methods: Chemical constituents of the essential oil from the roots, stems and leaves of the coral were extracted by steam distillation. The constituents of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS, and the percentages were calculated by peak area normalization. Results: Fifty-two volatile oil constituents were identified from the roots, stems and leaves of Caragana korshinskii, with 33 roots, 41 stems and 39 leaves, accounting for 83.99%, 83.85% and 93.32% of the total volatile oils, Among them, 24 are common components and 28 are non-common components. CONCLUSION: The chemical composition of volatile oil in the roots, stems and leaves of Sarcandra glabra is different in species and main components.
