目的探析血清MMP-2及MMP-9水平对术前淋巴结转移及其肿瘤分期的预测价值。方法收集洛阳市第一人民医院2012年6月—2016年3月收治的胃癌患者54例作为研究对象,另从同期健康体检者中随机抽取54例作为对照组。测定两组血清MMP-2与MMP-9水平,并对胃癌患者组织MMP-2与MMP-9表达进行检测。结果两组的血清MMP-2无显著差异(P>0.05);胃癌患者的血清MMP-9浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。出现淋巴结转移胃癌患者的血清MMP-9浓度显著高于无转移患者(P<0.05),Ⅲ/Ⅳ期胃癌患者的血清MMP-9浓度显著高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。出现淋巴结转移胃癌患者中组织MMP-2(-/+)与MMP-9(-/+)表达所占比例显著低于无转移患者(P<0.05);Ⅲ/Ⅳ期胃癌患者中组织MMP-2(-/+)与MMP-9(-/+)表达所占比例显著低于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者的临床分期与淋巴结转移情况与血清MMP-9水平有明显相关性,检测患者血清MMP-9利于患者病情的评估,且其无创伤、操作简便,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in preoperative lymph node metastasis and tumor staging. Methods Fifty-four patients with gastric cancer admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Luoyang City from June 2012 to March 2016 were selected as subjects, and 54 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group. The levels of serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 in both groups were determined, and the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in gastric cancer tissues were detected. Results There was no significant difference in serum MMP-2 between the two groups (P> 0.05). Serum MMP-9 level in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without metastasis (P <0.05). The serum MMP-9 levels in patients with stage Ⅲ / Ⅳ gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ (P <0.05). The proportion of MMP-2 (- / +) and MMP-9 (- / +) in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in patients without metastasis (P <0.05) The ratio of 2 (- / +) and MMP-9 (- / +) expression was significantly lower in patients with stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and serum MMP-9 level in patients with gastric cancer have obvious correlation. Detecting the serum MMP-9 in patients with gastric cancer is beneficial to the evaluation of the patients’ condition, and it is non-invasive and easy to operate with obvious clinical value.
