Studies have shown that when the low-frequency alternating current (Zl) acts on the human body, the cell membrane acts as a capacitor medium to prevent the passage of current while the higher-frequency alternating current (Zh) passes through the cell. Therefore, it is considered that the measurement of low frequency resistance can reflect the size of extracellular space, and the high frequency resistance reflects the size of space inside and outside the cell (such as the total volume of fluid) .Thus it is speculated that the ratio of Zl / Zh can be used as the relative size of extracellular space An index by using a current frequency, it has been confirmed that the total body resistance is highly correlated with its total fluid volume; studies using two frequency currents show that the Zl / Zh ratio is useful when displaying extracellular and total fluid. This article reports the results of resistance measurement in patients with quadriplegia. Methods Twenty healthy subjects and four limbs were paraplegic (all male) .The healthy group and the age of quadriplegia, standard body weight
