目前对牙周病的病因尚不十分了解,但著者认为其病原为牙的菌斑感染所致。牙龈与三种液体成份接触即唾液、龈液和血液,并含有分泌抗体及血清抗体。当菌斑内细菌入侵时,宿主产生体液免疫反应,炎症开始是以血管反应,液体与细胞渗出,修复的防护反应。继之,水肿使细菌产物深入,自体溶解使局部释放破坏性的酶,引起组织的严重损害。由于菌斑持续存在,在体液免疫反应上又加上了细胞免疫反应,故又助长了炎症,加重了牙龈及牙周组织病理性破坏。本文介绍和研究三种与牙龈接触的液体成份中
Currently the cause of periodontal disease is not yet fully understood, but the author believes that the cause of dental plaque infection. Gums and saliva contact with the three liquid components, gingival fluid and blood, and contains secreted antibodies and serum antibodies. When plaque bacteria invade, the host humoral immune response, the beginning of inflammation is a vascular response, fluid and cell exudation, repair of the protective response. In turn, edema makes the bacterial product in-depth, autolysis causes the local release of destructive enzymes, causing serious tissue damage. As the plaque persists in the humoral immune response coupled with the cellular immune response, it also contributed to the inflammation, increased the pathological gingival and periodontal tissue damage.
