谷氨酰胺能促进内源性前列腺素的合成、抑制炎性细胞因子分泌,减轻炎症损伤、增强胃黏膜抗氧自由基损伤的能力、增强胃黏膜黏液层屏障功能、抑制细胞凋亡、调节免疫应答、参与消化道黏膜细胞修复。因此,谷氨酰胺能使损伤的胃黏膜上皮修复、使黏膜下组织结构修复和重建,从而促进在使用非甾体抗炎药后而损伤的胃黏膜的恢复。通过对非甾体抗炎药损伤胃黏膜后谷氨酰胺所起的保护作用的研究,有助于改进临床治疗策略。
