订单培养是供应链“零库存”管理理论在企业人力资源开发的具体实践,是企业人力资源开发的必然选择。此文在介绍供应链“零库存”管理理论的基础上,结合冠捷电子股份公司“订单培养”人力资源开发的成功实例,揭示校企人才供求关系,实现企校育人与用人“无缝对接”。提出制定企校合作“订单培养”人力资源开发战略;政府牵头,企校唱戏,搭建企校合作平台;企校协作构建校内外实践教学基地;依托企业岗位群加强专业建设;加强基于工作过程的课程体系建设;强化专业教学团队建设;加强企业文化与职业道德教育等企业人力资源开发建议。
