从1920年世界上第一台快速冷冻机在美国试制成功后,速冻食品越来越受到人们的重视,成为食品工业中的后起之秀。我国速冻食品从70年代初期起步,到80年代得到迅速发展,生产速冻食品的企业迅速增加。上海、北京、福建、江苏、广东、陕西等地的速冻蔬果、速冻肉类、速冻主食,如速冻饺子、包子、春卷、烧麦、汤圆、馅饼以及速冻系列菜肴等,已进入市场,并有一定数量的出口,发展前景十分广阔。
Since the successful trial production of the world’s first rapid freezer in the United States in 1920, frozen foods have received more and more attention and become a rising star in the food industry. The quick-frozen food in China started from the early 70’s and was rapidly developed in the 1980s. The enterprises that produce frozen foods have rapidly increased. Fast-frozen vegetables, frozen meats and quick-frozen staple foods such as quick-frozen dumplings, steamed buns, spring rolls, siumai, dumplings, pies, and quick-frozen dishes have entered the market in Shanghai, Beijing, Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shaanxi. With a certain number of exports, the development prospects are very broad.
