前言近年来对药用青蒿已进行_了广泛地研究,实验证明青蒿素是抗疟的有效成份。自然界中,原植物的青蒿素含量为千分之五左右。本实验以青蒿的不同器官为材料,参考近几年组织培养的有关结果,进而摸索较适宜的激素浓度,为提高青蒿素含量的细胞育种提供科学依据。材料和方法药用青蒿(Artemisis annua L)的叶片取自本组培养间内,头状花序和花枝轴取自本所院内,将仡枝剪成单个花序,只接种直径为1~1.5毫米的花序;将植株上部花枝剪成带有一个叶腋的长5毫米的花轴。实验方法参考以前的工作。
Preface In recent years, medicinal artesunate has been studied extensively, experimentally proved that artemisinin is an effective anti-malarial ingredient. The experimental method refers to the previous work.
