用亚硫酸钠氧化法测定了机械搅拌高压釜中氧气草药一亚硫酸钠溶液体系、氧气一正癸烷一亚硫酸钠溶液体系和氧气一正癸烷一亚硫酸钠溶液十表面活性剂体系的气液体积传质系数(KLa).研究了搅拌转速、搅拌桨高度、有机相与水相体积比和表面活性剂浓度对kLa的影响,得到了经验关联式.kLa随有机相体积分率和表面活性剂浓度的增大而降低;随搅拌转速、搅拌桨高度与液相高度比的增大而增大.
The gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient (KLa) of oxygen herb-sodium sulfite solution system, oxygen-monodecane-sodium sulfite solution system and oxygen-monodecane sodium sulfite solution ten surfactant system in mechanical agitation autoclave were measured by sodium sulfite oxidation method. ). The effects of stirring speed, propeller height, volume ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase and surfactant concentration on kLa were studied. The empirical correlation was obtained. kLa decreases with the increase of organic phase volume fraction and surfactant concentration, and increases with agitation speed, impeller height and liquid height ratio.
