基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立热力耦合分析模型,利用锥形热源模型对拼焊板激光焊接进行模拟,分析得出拼焊板激光焊接过程中温度场、应力场以及焊后残余应力场的分布规律;基于有限元模型,进行单向拉伸模拟并分析卸载后残余应力变化规律,通过解析模型对焊后拼焊板单向拉伸试件宏观拉伸力进行分析;在不同工艺参数下,结合数值模拟与实验对焊接质量进行研究,得出合理工艺参数范围,为后续分析拼焊板材料性能波动、拼焊板焊接实验及拼焊板自由弯曲回弹控制奠定了基础。
Based on ABAQUS finite element software, the thermal coupling analysis model was established, and the conical heat source model was used to simulate the welding of the tailor welded plate. The distribution of the temperature field, the stress field and the residual stress field after welding were obtained. Based on the finite element model, uniaxial tensile simulation was carried out and the variation of residual stress after unloading was analyzed. The macroscopic tensile force of unidirectional tensile test piece after welding was analyzed by analytical model. Under different technological parameters, Simulation and experiment study the welding quality, and draw the reasonable range of process parameters, which will lay the foundation for the follow-up analysis of the material properties of the tailor-welded plate, the welding experiment of the tailor-welded plate and the free-bending rebound control of the tailor welded plate.
