病例１ 患者男性 １４岁自幼怕光、视力差、眼球不能固视物体。２岁时发现患先天性白内障，７岁曾配镜，右眼（＋７－００ＤＳ）为０－１，左眼（＋６－００ＤＳ）为０－１。来院行双眼白内障摘除术，于１９８７年９月１１日入院。眼科检查：视力右眼眼前数指，左眼０－０２
