针对传统试验方法无法检查智能变电站复杂的信息组织、分配关系,难以实现对智能站二次设备(系统)功能准确认定的缺陷,提出了一种基于无线同步技术的全场景试验方法,并研制出相应的系统。该系统基于全站电网仿真、信号分散同步注入、无线同步以及无线数据传输等技术,完成智能变电站二次系统在稳态、暂态等工况下的调试试验。文中描述了该系统的总体设计,给出了无线同步方法的解决方案,并对同步效果进行了验证与评估。全场景试验系统已在实际智能变电站建设工程中得到运用。现场试验结果表明,所设计的系统提升了调试试验的效率和完整性,取得了较好的效果。
Aiming at the defect that the traditional test methods can not check the complex information organization and distribution of intelligent substations and make it difficult to accurately identify the functions of secondary equipment (systems) in intelligent substations, a full scene test method based on wireless synchronization technology is proposed and a The corresponding system. The system completes the commissioning of the secondary system of smart substations under steady-state and transient conditions based on the technologies of total station power system simulation, signal distributed synchronous injection, wireless synchronization and wireless data transmission. The paper describes the overall design of the system, gives the solution to the wireless synchronization method, and verifies and evaluates the synchronization effect. Full scene test system has been used in the actual construction of smart substations. The field test results show that the designed system enhances the efficiency and integrity of commissioning test and achieves good results.
