随着我国改革开放及市场经济的深入,企业在成长过程中企业所有者的能力和精力已经无法管理和驾驭庞大的组织,于是许多企业引进和建立了职业经理人制度。如何科学准确地选拔和评价职业经理人成为众多企业和学者关注的焦点,其中,胜任特征模型是解决人员选拔和评价的有效途径和方法。本文从实践应用的角度构建职业经理人胜任特征模型及对胜任特征的层次结构进行行为化的分级和描述,以期为企业职业经理人的选拔、任用、培养和有效绩效评价提供决策参考。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the market economy, the ability and energy of the business owners in the growth process have been unable to manage and control the huge organization, so many enterprises to introduce and establish a professional manager system. How to select and appraise professional managers accurately and scientifically has become the focus of many enterprises and scholars. Among them, the competency model is an effective way and method to solve the problem of personnel selection and evaluation. This article constructs the model of competency of professional managers from the perspective of practical application and conducts a behavioral classification and description of the hierarchy of competencies in order to provide decision reference for the selection, appointment, training and effective performance evaluation of professional managers.
