在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,采用响应面法对金银花水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,金银花水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:配制89 mL料液比为1:32的金银花溶液,采用微波功率285 W处理33 s后,所得金银花水溶性多糖提取率为2.54%,与理论值2.60%基本相符。响应面模型与实际情况拟合良好,能较好地预测金银花中水溶性多糖的提取得率。
Based on the single factor experiment, the combination design of Box-Benhnken center was used to optimize the extraction process of water-soluble polysaccharides from honeysuckle by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for the water-soluble polysaccharide of honeysuckle were as follows: 89 mL of honeysuckle solution with a solid-liquid ratio of 1:32 was prepared and the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharides was 2.54% after microwave irradiation at 285 W for 33 s, Basically consistent with the theoretical value of 2.60%. Response surface model fitting well with the actual situation, can better predict the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharides in honeysuckle.
