利用56对SSR引物对20个水稻不育系进行了DNA指纹图谱构建和遗传多样性分析。结果表明,56对SSR引物在供试不育系中共扩增出191个多态性片段,平均每对引物可检测出3.41个等位基因(变幅2~7个)。供试引物的平均多态性频率为0.52,平均PIC值为0.50,平均有效等位基因数为2.20。经聚类分析,20个不育系间的遗传相似系数变幅为0.51~0.93,以遗传相似系数0.65为阈值,可将供试不育系分为3个群,聚类分析结果与亲缘系谱表现出较好的一致性。
Fifty-six pairs of SSR primers were used to construct DNA fingerprinting and genetic diversity analysis of 20 rice CMS lines. The results showed that a total of 191 polymorphic fragments were amplified by 56 pairs of SSR primers. The average number of alleles per primer pair was 3.41 (ranging from 2 to 7). The average polymorphism frequency of test primers was 0.52, the average PIC value was 0.50, and the average number of effective alleles was 2.20. According to the cluster analysis, the genetic similarity coefficients of 20 sterile lines ranged from 0.51 to 0.93. Based on the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.65, the tested sterile lines could be divided into 3 groups. The results of cluster analysis were compared with those of genetic lines Show better consistency.
