国际学校在香港已有逾百年的历史,课程设置是国际学校的灵魂和赖以生存的基础,作为当今最流行的国际文凭项目(International Baccalaureate),其课程内容以及考核体系、评估方式等都显示出独具的特征,中文教学更是其重要组成。本文拟从界定“香港国际学校”谈起,进而选取国际文凭项目(International Baccalaureate)进行整体阐述,然后以香港李宝椿联合世界书院(Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong)所使用的IB课程“中文A1高级程度(A1H)”(Chinese A1 Higher Course)及“中文A1普通程度(A1S)”(Chinese A1 Standard Course)作为取样,试论香港国际学校华文教学情况。
International schools have been in Hong Kong for more than a century. Curriculum is the soul and foundation of international schools. As the most popular International Baccalaureate today, the course content, assessment system and assessment methods are all displayed The unique characteristics of Chinese teaching is an important part. This article intends to start with the definition of “Hong Kong International School” and then select the International Baccalaureate to elaborate as a whole, and then use the IB curriculum used at Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong “Chinese A1 Higher Course” and “A1 Chinese A1 Standard Course” as samples to discuss the teaching of Chinese at Hong Kong International School.
