ZL501铝合金在压铸过程中,发现部分压铸件经硫酸低温阳极化后,加工表面上出现了白亮色的斑点(简称白点),而且出现白点的零件内径尺寸比正常零件要小。鉴于产品有绝缘性能的要求,不允许再进行研磨加工,致使该类零件超差报废。针对这个问题,西北工业大学与秦岭公司共同进行了试验研究,初步查清了白点产生的原因及各工艺参数的影响。一、白点特征及成因分析 1.宏观特征自点的数量、大小不一,均略微向外突出,表面比较粗糙(图1),部分亮点表面有裂纹(图2)。
