为深入了解沿锚索外露段的摩擦火花产生的机理,分析了井下锚索的受力过程.利用研制的锚索冲击拉伸实验装置,对锚索冲击受拉下的破坏形式及产生摩擦火花的可能性进行了实验.结果表明:质量完好的锚索在80 kN以上的张拉力下不能发生拉脱,但在50 kN以下的张拉力下具有整束或单股钢绞线拉脱产生火花的可能.结合现场情况认为锚索冲击拉伸摩擦火花产生的前提条件是:1)锚索能够发生冲击拉伸;2)锚索钢绞线受力不均或夹片排列不齐整.
In order to understand deeply the mechanism of friction sparking along the exposed section of anchor cable and analyze the force process of downhole anchor cable.Through the developed experimental device of cable impact tensile test, the damage form of cable under impact tension and friction spark The results show that the cable with good quality can not pull off under the tension of more than 80 kN, but has a bundle or single stranded strand pulling off under the tension of 50 kN The combination of on-site conditions that the impact of prestressed cable tension tribology spark preconditions are: 1) The impact of tensile cable can occur; 2) Anchoring cable strands unevenly or the clip is not aligned.
