Objective To explore the effect of incentive nursing intervention on the prognosis and patient satisfaction of patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 124 patients with cerebrovascular disease in our department of neurology were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 62) and control group (n = 62). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in the observation group were treated with incentive nursing intervention. The Barthel index before and after intervention was compared between the two groups in terms of life skills, Fg and Fugl Meyer motor function scores and patient satisfaction scores. Results The Barthel index and FMA score of two groups before intervention were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The Barthel index and FMA score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention. The Barthel index and FMA score of the two groups were significantly higher after intervention In the control group (P <0.05), the satisfaction scores of the observation group in health education, medical environment, psychological care, service attitude and operational nursing were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Incentive nursing intervention can effectively improve motor function and life ability of patients with cerebrovascular disease and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
