部基建局在2月24日～27日召开了本年度第一次設計工作会議。会議主要內容是总結去年勘測設計工作的經驗,和具体安排1959年的任务。参加这次会議的,有部屬各設計院(处)的院(处)长、总工程师和党委書記,勘測公司經理,以及有关专业局基建处的代表:共四十人左右。会議,首先对1958年的勘测设設計工作做了比較全面的估价,在肯定巨大成績的同时,也指出了一些不容忽视的缺点。接着,会議在具体分析了当前基本建設的形势之后,特別强調指出今年勘測設計工作的特点是要求更加深入細致地进行工作。最后,由白坚付部长就会議討論中的若干重要問題作了綜合性的总結發言。
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Infrastructure held its first design work meeting this year from February 24 to 27. The main content of the meeting was to summarize the experience of the survey and design work last year, and to make specific arrangements for the tasks of 1959. Attending the meeting, there were departments (designations) of various design institutes (departments), chief engineers and party committee secretaries, survey company managers, and representatives of the relevant professional bureau infrastructure department: a total of about 40 people. The meeting first made a relatively comprehensive assessment of the design work for surveying and designing in 1958. While affirming great achievements, it also pointed out some shortcomings that cannot be ignored. Then, after a detailed analysis of the current situation of the capital construction, the meeting emphasized that the characteristics of the survey and design work this year are to require more in-depth and meticulous work. Finally, a comprehensive summary speech was made by Mr. Bai Jianfang on several important issues in the discussion.
