了解发现影响村级卫生机构提供预防保健服务意愿的因素，对提高村诊所提供预防保健服务的意愿具有十分重要的意义。通过多元逐步回归分析法对影响村诊所负责人提供预防保健意愿的因素进行筛选，其中五个因素进入逐步回归方程：村诊所年投入的财物总额、村诊所的财物总额、村诊所的医务人员数、村诊所现在的欠款数、村诊所医生竞争病人的意识。
Understanding the factors that affect the willingness to provide preventive health care services at village-level health institutions is of great significance to increasing the willingness of village clinics to provide preventive health care services.
