以粉煤灰盐酸浸取液为料液,N503-TBP-煤油为萃取有机相,对料液中的Fe(Ⅲ)和Al(Ⅲ)进行萃取分离;同时,将反萃液经结晶、煅烧得到氧化铁红.结果表明,在萃取过程中,当采用40% N503 +20% TBP +40%煤油(体积分数)为萃取有机相和相比为O/A=2∶1进行萃取时,单级萃取率可达98.60%.在反萃过程中,当以1.0 mol/L草酸为反萃剂和相比O/A=1∶1进行反萃时,单级反萃率可达99.63%.所得反萃液经结晶和煅烧后制备氧化铁红,经XRD、FESEM分析及其他指标检测表明,其为纳米级α-Fe2O3,其中Fe2O3质量分数为98.68%,优于GB/T 1863-2008的A类标准.“,”By using fly ash hydrochloric acid leaching solution as feed liquid,the separation of Fe (Ⅲ) and Al (Ⅲ) from feed liquid is carried out with NS03-TBP-kerosene as organic phase of extraction.Meanwhile,iron oxide red is prepared through crystallization and calcination of the stripping liquid.The results show that in the process of extraction,when 40% N503-20% TBP-40% kerosene (volume fraction) is used as organic phase of extraction and the phase ratio O/A =2∶1,the extraction rate reaches 98.60% in single stage.In the process of stripping,when 1.0 mol/L oxalic acid is used as stripping agent and the phase ratio A/O =1∶1,the stripping rate reaches 99.63% in single stage.The XRD and FESEM results of the obtained iron oxide red show that iron oxide red is α-Fe2O3,and belongs to nanoscale level.The content of Fe2O3 is 98.68%,which is better than the A standard of GB/T 1863-2008.
