以FeSO4·7H2O、Na2 SiO3·9H2O和Ce(NO3)3 ·6H2O为原料制备了聚硅酸硫酸铁铈(PFCSS)复合絮凝剂,通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis漫反射、激光粒度分析对絮凝剂的结构进行了表征,并用处理耐晒翠绿模拟染料废水考察了其脱色性能.结果表明,Ce3的加入使得絮凝剂的结晶性变差,粒度增大,形成了分子质量更大的簇状无定型聚合物.当n(Ce)∶n(Fe) =0.3,投加量为4.5 mg/L,处理时间为20 min,废水pH为5.48,温度为室温时,PFCSS的脱色性能最好,对质量浓度为80 mg/L的耐晒翠绿模拟染料废水去除率高达99.3%.PFCSS对耐晒翠绿的去除是由于其表面的金属离子与染料分子之间发生了类似于化学吸附的络合反应.“,”The composite flocculant poly-ferric-cerium-silicate (PFCSS) is prepared with FeSO4 · 7 H2 O,Na2 SiO3 · 9H2O and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as raw materials.UV-Vis DRS spectra,XRD,SEM and laser particle size analyzer are employed to characterize the samples.Its decolorizing performance is evaluated through the decolorization of light fast jade green containing wastewater.The results show that the cluster amorphous polymers with poor crystallinity,larger grain size,better hydrolysis degree of polymerization and higher molecular weight are formed in the flocculant sample after adding Ce3+.When n(Ce) ∶ n(Fe) =0.3,the dosage of the reagent is 4.5 mg/L,processing time is 20 min,pH value of the wastewater is 5.48,the performance of PFCSS is the best at room temperature,and the decolorization rate of light fast jade green(80 mg/L) is up to 99.3%.Its excellent decolorizing performance for treating light fast jade green is mainly because of the complexation reaction,similar to chemical adsorption,between metal ions on the surface of PFCSS and dye molecule.
