公路交通在快速发展的同时,也存在一些与设计有关的影响工程质量的因素,为进一步提升设计质量、分析工程造价变化原因等,有必要对公路项目的设计进行后评价。从理论分析和实际应用的角度出发,在对常见设计质量问题进行分析的基础上,对以施工图设计为中心的不同评价阶段组合的优缺点进行了分析,确定了设计后评价开展的最佳时机;采用基因链域的全景分析法,从四个维度确定了公路项目设计后评价的内容;从公路项目设计及其后评价目标的分析出发,结合设计后评价的内容,提出了公路项目设计后评价的指标体系与评价标准,并进行了实例验证。
