随着信息时代的来临,职称信息化建设越来越受到各级政府部门的重视,广西2009年启用了职称评定系统,全面实现了无纸化申报和评审,效果良好,但在实践操作过程中也发现该系统存在一些不足。文章深入分析了广西职称评定系统使用过程中存在的主要问题,并就进一步修改和完善职称评定系统提出了相应的时策。
