超声萤火虫成像技术在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的应用

目的:观察超声萤火虫成像技术在乳腺良、恶性肿块鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:抽取2019年1月至2020年6月滨州市中心医院收治的81例乳腺肿块患者(91个病灶)作为研究对象,全部患者入院时均接受超声萤火虫成像技术检查,初步定性乳腺肿块的良恶性,以手术病理或穿刺活检结果为标准,分析超声萤火虫成像技术在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的应用价值。结果:81例乳腺肿块患者(91个病灶)中,经病理检查确诊恶性病灶25个,恶性率为27.47%(25/91);确诊良性病灶66个,良性率为72.53%(66/91)。以手术病理、穿刺活检结果为标准,超声萤火虫成像技术共检出乳腺恶性病灶21个,符合率为84.00%(21/25);共检出乳腺良性病灶63个,符合率为95.45%(63/66);超声萤火虫成像技术检查乳腺肿块良、恶性病灶的灵敏度为84.00%,特异度为95.45%,准确度为92.31%,阳性预测值为87.50%,阴性预测值为94.03%,且检查结果与病理检查具有极好一致性(n Kappa=0.805)。n 结论:超声萤火虫成像技术在乳腺肿块的定性诊断中有一定的应用价值,可准确评估乳腺肿块的良、恶性情况,为早期诊断、治疗乳腺恶性病变提供参考。“,”Objective:To observe the application value of ultrasound Micropure imaging technology in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods:A total of 81 patients with breast masses (91 lesions) treated in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were examined by ultrasound Micropure imaging technology on admission, to preliminary identify benign and malignant breast masses. The postoperative pathology or biopsy result was used as the “gold standard” , the application value of ultrasound firefly imaging technology in the qualitative diagnosis of breast masses was analyzed.Results:Among the 81 patients with breast masses (91 lesions), 25 malignant lesions were diagnosed by pathological examination, and the malignant rate was 27.47%(25/91); 66 benign lesions were diagnosed by pathological examination, and the benign rate was 72.53%(66/91). With the surgical pathology or biopsy result as the “gold standard” , a total of 21 malignant breast lesions were detected by ultrasound Micropure imaging technology, with a coincidence rate of 84.00%(21/25); a total of 63 benign breast lesions were detected, and the coincidence rate was 95.45%(63/66). The sensitivity of ultrasound Micropure imaging technology in detecting benign and malignant breast masses was 84.00%, the specificity was 95.45%, the accuracy was 92.31%, the positive predictive value was 87.50%, and the negative predictive value was 94.03%; and the examination results had excellent consistency with the pathological examination ( n Kappa=0.805).n Conclusions:Ultrasound Micropure imaging technology has certain value in the qualitative diagnosis of breast masses, which can accurately identify the benign and malignant conditions of breast masses and provide references for early diagnosis and treatment of breast malignant lesions.
