建立了超高效液相色谱法检测复杂食品样品中柠檬酸、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红5种人工合成色素的快速检测方法。采用自制聚酰胺粉固相萃取小柱,实现对样品大批量处理,极大提高工作效率。乳饮料等高脂肪高蛋白食品先用甲醇沉淀蛋白,上清液再过小柱,低温旋转蒸发至近干,最后加水定容测定。样品经Acquity UPLC HSS T3色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,10 min内完成样品检测。该方法检出限在0.05~0.06 mg/kg之间,回收率范围为85%~98%,方法简单、快速、准确,可满足批量化检测的需求。
